Values mismatch when submitting to Deadline

Hi, whilst going through the available options for the deadline-0.5.4 addon I noticed that there are two ways to set default priority, Limit Groups and machine limit values. One set of options is under: ayon+settings://deadline/publish/CollectJobInfo/profiles
and the other set of options is under:
ayon+settings://deadline/publish/HoudiniSubmitDeadline

It seems that HoudiniSubmitDeadline will set the defaults for what appear on the publisher UI however once it is sent to the farm this only has effect on the Export IFD job and not the Render job. CollectJobInfo/profiles is what sets the real values on the render job creating a disconnect between the options chosen by the user within the publish UI and what values actually get set on the render farm job. Is this avoidable?
I’ve also noticed that setting Limit Groups within CollectJobInfo/profiles doesn’t set it on the render job, whereas it does work on the Export IFD job when setting Export Limit Groups in HoudiniSubmitDeadline.

I made a test run on my side and I was not able to reproduce it.

Ah okay, I believe I understand the options that appear by default in the publisher should be used to set values for the IFD job and the options set by Exposed Overrides are for the render job.
Just a few issues I’m having with the current Deadline options.

Ayon server options:

The department and limit groups options within the Ayon settings does not appear to be applied to the deadline render job:

Neither does the Additional JobInfo data or Additional PluginInfo data however weirdly the PluginInfo does get applied on the IFD and that’s the only evidence of either of these data fields having an effect on the jobs.

AYON deadline settings set the default values in the publisher. Artist can override the exposed settings.

When the department setting is taken away from the user it still does not set department:

It appears that even when the user sets the department it is not setting it on the render job:
