Template Nuke with Placeholders fails

Hi,

I’m having trouble creating templates with Nuke. Most of the flow works great (template is loaded properly), but when creating a “nuke create” placeholder as a render (write), it doesn’t trasnform into a proper write node like “Ayon” > “Create” does. It stays as a placeholder. We have a templated workfile build with “keep placeholder” disabled.

Thanks in advance for your help and support.

Problem partially solved, the error comes from the new Nuke add-on package. I was able to restore functional behavior by using an add-on from the dev branch. However, be careful, as the package from the dev branch does not seem to work with Core versions 1.1.1 and 1.1.2…
Find the repo there: GitHub - ynput/ayon-nuke: Nuke addon for AYON

Could you point more closely to what needed changing where? What change ‘fixed’ it in the code for you?

Could you share a reproducible steps? + addon versions.
Here’s a quick test from my side, (I’m on 1.1.1+dev core and 0.3.1+dev Nuke).
