could anyone tell how publish is taking path of render file in nuke

Hello,
Publish location for Render is set via publish templates and roots.

1. In project anatomy, you can define project roots and publish templates.
   By default, we have a root called work and it’s used in publish and render templates.
   
   
2. In core addon settings, you can link different product types to different publish templates.
   By default, we have the render products and render publish templated linked.
