does anyone know why those red dots appear in the launcher? Resolve and other apps launch successfully, but I would like to know the cause of this. Does anyone know?

These red dots used to refer to the right-click option skip opening latest workfile.
with recent launcher and core addon, these red dots were replaced with a pop up window as shown here.
