Hi there! I’m configuring an Ayon instance for a studio currently.
We’ve set up the Slack addon which has been really useful for giving us a feed of new reviews as they’re produced. However, we’ve got a supervisor who is wanting to publish some internal test reviews without having them appear on our slack channel.
Looking at the slack addon settings in the web UI, I can see that the Notification to Slack plugin has an optional toggle, which is turned on.
From this, I would expect to see an option in the publisher to disable sending my review to slack, but I cannot see that such a toggle is present in the publisher in maya (or houdini).
For now, I’ve worked around this by updating the Messages to channels section so that only reviews with the name reviewMain are posted, which I think is reasonable. However, given the Optional toggle exists in the web UI I’d expect this to be more straightforwardly configurable from the publisher.
Am I missing something here, or is does Optional toggle for Notification to Slack in the web UI not do anything?
