I was deploying a new instance of AYON yesterday, but addons + dependency packages + installers, were facing a timeout request.
when I tried to access the links starting with (downlaod.ynput.cloud) they responded with a json saying “Not Found”
another thing seemed odd, which is all addons and installers were attempting to download from the same url, there were about 20 requests to the same url in docker logs.
Hope Everything gets in order soon as we are deploying AYON for production in our company this week.
This sounds odd. I haven’t seen any other reports from others that are actively joining the past few days or are running active users on Ynput cloud.
Could you provide your organization id and server details (it’s fine to do it in a DM for some security)?
Also - any error logs or “example” URLs that failed and you were able to retrieve would be helpful to so it may help us to find what to look for.
The cloud instances have a Ynput Cloud section -there you can enable remote support and save the settings to the production bundle. With that enabled, we’re also able to log into that server and have a look at what might be acting up for your particular use case.

Are you referring to an online AYON instance on ynput.cloud ?
or
Are you referring to a self hosted AYON instance on your side and you are facing problems connecting to the Addon market?
I checked our network because I had a feeling it may be a network error due to the IT infrastructure in our organization, but problems seem to only happen in AYON.
