Incompatible dependency package error while launching AYON Launcher

Hi everyone,

We’ve updated all the addons to the latest versions, but when trying to launch the AYON Launcher, we’re encountering an “incompatible dependency package” error.

What we’ve done so far:

  • Updated all addons to the latest versions
  • Attempted to launch the AYON Launcher

Unfortunately, the error still persists.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows what might be causing this?

I have two suggestions:

  1. Update pipeline to latest release which among other things brings a dependency package that you can use.
  2. Build a dependency package yourself.

Both of these solutions has been mentioned in What are dependency package and how to update them?

My guess in this case is that the bundle has no dependency package set at all perhaps?

After updating all the addons and the launcher, everything is working fine now. Thanks!
