How can I find out who changed the project settings and when?

The project settings were changed, but it’s unclear who changed them. Are there any change logs or other ways to track such changes?

Currently the easiest would be on frontend to go to the Event Viewer (shortcut E+E), and filter to settings.changed.

If a project is listed right-hand side, then these are “project settings” otherwise they are “studio settings”.
