Ftrack addon service and importing `ayon_core`

Anyone got any ideas how (or reasons not ) to allow the ftrack addon’s service to import the ayon_core python module?

I would like to write an ftrack action that uses ayon_core functionality (in this case ayon_core.lib.path_templates.StringTemplate)

This is complicated topic. To simplify it as much as possible, it is because the service would have to install AYON launcher to be able to get the correct ayon core.

Ah, of course. And yes that sounds like a hassle.
