In standard out-of-the-box Nuke if I set colour management to OCIO then custom and specify the path to an OCIO config file, it triggers setting the viewer to the default view and setting the default LUT settings based on roles in the config and the default view (e.g. working space is set to scene_linear, Thumbnails to the default view etc.)
I’d quite like this behaviour, i.e. I’d just want AYON to set the OCIO environment variable and have Nuke auto everything as above.
Currently I’m struggling to work out whether/how I’d do this. I had issues with errors on the default LUTs which I’ve so far “fixed” by hard-coding in the AYON Nuke add-on settings which roles to use for working space etc. - plus which view to select in the Viewer.
Seems a little redundant. What if I changed to an entirely different OCIO config and therefore needed to change all those settings in AYON?; i.e. specifying same information in two places.
