Ayon's temp folder permission

Hi there,

One artist is having some trouble to open the Ayon tray on Linux. He said that his user can create a folder and file in this folder but when he try to open the Ayon tray, he gets this error:

Is there any suggestion to debug it?

I wonder if the first warning about not finding terminal is related to the issue

setupterm: could not find terminal

Is this related to this specific user or the machine itself?
e.g.

  • does it work for the same user on another Linux machine?
  • does it fail for different user on the same machine?

but, can he delete or rename the file or folder? and can he do that to the folder with the permission denied error?

Also, who is the owner of the created folder that got the permission denied error?
was sudo used at some point earlier? it can cause the file to be created as root.
