I dont know if anyone has done this or is allowed to do it. But is it possible to change the color themes for the Ayon Windows?
Are you referring to the Qt UIs in the desktop applications?
Most of it is configured from the stylesheet in the ayon-core repository. However it does make me wonder, why? 
are you having issues with visibility?
