Currently, (as far as I know), AYON can set environment variables per
- Studio
- Project
- Application
- Application Variant/Version
- Project/Folder Path/Task (tool groups)

I don’t think we differentiate between local and farm. (Could provide a use case where a particular environment variable will be needed on farm but not on local file?)
For reference, we can extend deadline Job profiles and add Extra Environment Variables.
