Hi one and all! 
We are currently running into an issue where, we can create a project on ftrack and successfully create the ayon project by running AYON Admin - Prepare Project for Ayon in ftrack. But when we go to sync, we get the following error:
“Action “AYON Admin - Sync to AYON”: Failed (Hierarchical attributes “ayon_id”, “ayon_path”, “ayon_sync_failed” were not found in Ftrack)”
We have made these custom attributes in Ftrack and all roles can read and write to them. What the values of these should be I do not know as ayon_id could mean a number of things.
What are we missing? The Ftrack user specified in Ayon to access Ftrack can see Ftrack and turning the processor/leecher services off does stop the actions menu from appearing in Ftrack. We are using the latest Ftrack addon version 1.1.8. I feel like we are missing something.
I saw this answer: Duplicate ftrack actions - #8 by iLLiCiT and it has helped to find certain things BUT it has not resolved our issue.
