3ds Max render output intergation

Hi, we are testing Ayon from some time now, and it’s a game changer!
Thanks everyone involved in development!

During testing we encountered several issues that block us from deploying it to production, I will describe them in separate posts.
I’ll start with the least bothersome one :slight_smile:

As in the title of this post, output version is not iterated after publishing,

Repair button works but render setup window must be closed otherwise Repair button must be clicked twice.

If output iteration could be done alongside with workfile iteration, that would cost less clicking :slight_smile:

After further tests it turns out that the “Repair” function during publishing does not work for all render elements, at the moment the path in zdepth is not updating

Its after Repair function, Zdepth is still in older version.

hi @szimano, the render element output directory does not get resolved as our integration supports V_Ray_6_Hotfix_3 and V_Ray_GPU_6_Hotfix_3 for renderers, so we can create the issue to support boarder vray version and its hotfix version.
Speaking of repairing output directory, we can close and re-open the dialog by automation after repairing and you dont need to click twice.
I would create the issues to track both and let me know your thought here or in the github issue.
