We have experienced problems when using the tray publisher on mac machines with intel processors. Logs show dependency packages issues with the specific architecture (arm64 vs x86_64).
Is there a version of the app that would work with these machines ? How do we go about it ?

That could happen if you updated AYON launcher and did not update dependency packages. But hard to tell without the report.
That looks like the other way around. You have old AYON launcher (x86), but dependency packages for new launcher (arm).

Is there a way though to include dependencies for both as we have artists using macs with both Intel and M series chips.
You don’t need 2 dependency packages, you need to use the same build of AYON launcher (build using the with same architecture). As far as I know arm macs can run intel build but intel can’t run arm builds, you need an intel build of AYON launcher and in that case you also need intel dependency package.
